Our Response to COVID-19
We’re closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and working tirelessly to serve the needs of businesses and individuals. In response to the virus, we’ve implemented updated practices in our workplace to help ensure the health and safety of our employees. We understand the COVID-19 pandemic is impacting businesses and customers in many ways and that is why SilentPC will remain open.
In accordance with Washington’s recent statewide stay-at-home order, most employees at our Battle Ground, WA facility are now working from home. We have temporarily limited on-site business operations to essential staff in our warehouses to ensure testing and delivery of customer orders with minimal interruption. These essential employees adhere to recommended hygiene and social distancing practices, and we’ve increased janitorial services to preserve a clean, healthy work environment.
These precautions are designed to ensure that system orders are picked, assembled, tested, and shipped by healthy employees. We will continue to adjust our policies and maintain social distancing in alignment with the guidance issued by the local authorities and expect the same from our integrated supply chain.
Customers who have purchased systems from us can expect to receive their system in a timely manner. We are still adhering to our “6 to 10 business day” ship time as much as possible and are informing customers about part delays that can affect the ship time of their systems. 90% of systems and orders have been able to ship out on time and SilentPC is working on improving our build and ship times. If you have concerns regarding your order please feel free to contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Customers who are considering a purchase can expect the same great service that SilentPC provides. Despite unprecedented challenges posed by COVID-19, our staff is dedicated to providing you with the services and answers you need. Some assembly times on new computer systems may be longer than normally expected due to supply chain issues caused by the Covid 19 situation. We will communicate directly with each customer to provide accurate estimates on individual orders.
- SilentPC will remain open during the COVID-19 outbreak
- Part delays are very minimal and customers will be contacted if parts are unavailable.
The COVID-19 situation remains fluid, and SilentPC is committed to helping customers through this difficult time. We will continue to monitor and respond to federal, state and local health authorities to protect our employees and serve our customers safely, and with minimal disruption.
